Biography
Chun-Nien Chen (Member, IEEE) was born in Pingtung, Taiwan, in 1985. He received the B.S. degree from the Department of Physics, National Cheng-Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, in 2008, the M.S. degree from the Institute of Electro-Optical Science and Engineering, NCKU, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree from the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering, National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan, in 2020.,He was an RF Engineer with Foxconn Tech., New Taipei City, Taiwan, where he was involved in 3G/4G mobile phone developments from 2010 to 2013, and a Senior RF Engineer with WinWay Tech., Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where he was involved in PI/SI analysis of high-speed system tests from 2013 to 2015.
