Biography
Mengmeng Li (Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in cartography and geography information systems from Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in remote sensing science and technology from the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands, in 2017.,He was a Postdoctoral Researcher with ITC from 2017 to 2019, and an exchange Ph.D. Researcher with the University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK, USA, in 2016. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Academy of Digital China, Fuzhou University.
