Biography
Wai Ho Mow (S’89-M’93-SM’99) received his M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in information engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, in 1991 and 1993, respectively.,From 1997 to 1999, he was with the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has been with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Clear Water Bay, Kowloon, since March 2000. He has published one book and over 90 technical papers, among which he is the sole author of over 40. His research areas include wireless communications, coding and information theory.,Dr. Mow has been a member of the Radio Spectrum Advisory Committee, Office of the Telecommunications Authority, Hong Kong S.A.R.
