Biography
Hailin Tang was born in Guilin, China. He received the B.S. degree from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2001, and the M.S. degree from the China Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP), Mianyang, China, in 2004.,He was with CAEP, Chengdu, from 2004 to 2016.
