Biography

Florian Salah received the B.Sc. degree in information engineering and management, the M.Sc. degree in industrial engineering and management, and the Ph.D. degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2010, 2012, and 2017, respectively. He was a Management Trainee with the German electric utilities company EnBW before joining the Department of Economics and Management, KIT, as a Research Assistant in 2013. His research interests included demand response, innovative product design of energy services, electric vehicles, simulation, stochastic optimization, and the design of heuristics. Since 2017, he has been investigating business models and service concepts regarding electric and autonomous vehicles with the Daimler AG.(Based on document published on 30 January 2018).
