Biography
Xin Yuan (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2019, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Sydney, Australia, in 2020.
