Biography
Wenhui Yi received the bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University, in 1996, 1999, and 2004, respectively. He is an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Information and Electronics Engineering, School of Electronics Science and Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He has been working on developing biosensors and the intelligent diagnosis and treatment system toward cancers, including diagnosis of cancers by classifying pathological images utilizing deep convolutional neural networks, in the past five years. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Akron, from 2007 to 2008. He was a Visiting Scientist at MIT, from 2011 to 2013.(Based on document published on 22 February 2022).
