Biography
Norasykin Mohd Zaid received the Bachelor of Science degree (Hons.) in computer science and the master’s degree in educational technology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia, in 2000 and 2006, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Wollongong (UoW), Australia, in 2013. Since 2018, she has been the Program Coordinator of the Educational Technology Program for Postgraduate Studies. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, School of Education, UTM.
