Biography
Wei Wu (Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2004, 2006, and 2011, respectively, all in information and communication engineering. From 2015 to 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar with Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Canada. He is currently working as a Lecturer with the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, China.
