Biography
Daniel J. Cecil received the Ph.D. degree in atmospheric science from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA, in 2000.,He is a Research Scientist with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL, USA.
