Biography
Huangyan Li (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2013 and 2016, respectively, the M.A. degree in technology management from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, Hamburg, Germany, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2020.,From 2017 to 2018, he was a Visiting Researcher with the University of Pisa, Italy. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Electronic and Optical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing. He has published over 50 papers in journals and conferences.
