Biography
Jeffery Lo received the bachelor’s (First Class Hons.) and M.Phil. degrees from the Mechanical Engineering Department, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong, in 2002 and 2004, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree from HKUST in 2008.,He was a Senior Technical Officer with the EPACK Laboratory, HKUST, and provided professional technical supports to various users, including undergraduate and postgraduate students from different departments and worldwide industrial partners, where he is currently the Assistant Director of the Center for Advanced Microsystems Packaging and the Program Manager of the laboratory who focuses on R&D projects with various international companies, such as Agilent, ASE, Oracle, MacDerm...
