Biography
Bin Fan received the BS degree in automation from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China, in 2006, and the PhD degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 2011, where he is currently an associate professor. He has wide research interests in computer vision and pattern recognition. He is an associate editor of Neurocomputing and an area chair of WACV 2016.(Based on document published on 3 December 2015).
