Biography
Mikhail Moshkov received the master’s degree from Nizhni Novgorod State University, the Ph.D. degree from Saratov State University, and the Habilitation degree from Moscow State University. From 1977 to 2004, he was with Nizhni Novgorod State University. He has been with the Institute of Computer Science, University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, since 2003, and the Katowice Institute of Information Technologies, since 2006. Since October 2008, he has also been a Professor with the Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Division, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia.
