I. Introduction
Online networks (OSNs) are slowly but steadily gaining traction as a public forum for communication and information sharing. Massive amounts of information at an unprecedented rate on various platforms, resulting in a complicated dynamic process [1], [2] that further has an impact on users' life [3]. By enjoying the convenience that many kinds of information brought us in OSNs, users can keep up to date with the news, share our thoughts in real time with friends all over the world and learn knowledge quickly. However, the issues of information overload and information pollution have become the most acute problems hindering the improvements of OSNs. They may pose concerns with societal stability and security, as well as disrupting users' customary access [4], [5].
