I. Introduction
Recently, due to the influence of the COVID-19 infection, there is a tendency to avoid face-to-face classes as much as possible in order to avoid the “Three Cs” of closed spaces, crowded places, and close contact settings [1], [2]. Therefore, the opportunity is greatly reduced about practical learning in which multiple people work at indoor experiments [3]. Schools around the world are starting to offer remote learning to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. To provide online education, the United States is also moving to improve the quality of education by referring to the ISTE (International Society for Technology Education) standards for educators [4].
