I. Introduction
According to the latest report released by the International Energy Agency (IEA), renewable energy has increased by 4% in 2018, accounting for nearly a quarter of global energy demand growth, especially in the power industry [1]. Among which, wind power, as a new energy power generation technology, has been scaled up on a global scale. According to the Global Wind Energy Council, some data showed that in 2018 Asia's wind power production capacity accounted for almost one-half of the world's total, and China was still the main growth driver [2]. However, the uncertainty and intermittence of wind energy will increase the risk of voltage instability of the system, which will seriously affect the quality of power and reduce the reliability of system operation. So accurate prediction of wind speed is very important.
