I. Introduction
THE gyroscopes are extensively employed sensors to sense and calculate the angular velocity in various applications like in aerospace, automotive industry, unmanned aerial vehicles and short range navigation systems [1]–[7]. The Coriolis force is exploited to calculate the angular momentum. After introduction of MEMS technology with the possibility of on board control electronics and circuitry, the micro gyroscopes become the hot topic of research due to the virtue of their lower cost, higher sensitivity along with smaller size [8]–[11].
