I. Introduction
Wind energy generation is increasing rapidly, using different types of wind energy system development techniques, including variable speed wind turbine (VSWT) constant frequency and constant speed wind turbine (CSWT) constant frequency wind energy generation plant with doubly fed induction motor (DFIM), which become typical. The basic advantage of using the DFIM is the management of power by a part of converter power as a small part of the whole wind turbine power priced, thus the power losses, size and manufacturing cost are less than of full-scale power converter [1]. This paper investigates the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control of DFIM by indirect speed controller (ISC) by considering the electromagnetic torque as a reference shown in Figure 1, where we presented the electromagnetic torque with respect to the maximum power curve and by using the dynamically stability of the variable speed wind turbine for this curve.
