I. Introduction
During the design, construction and operation of modern telecommunication systems (TS), signals jitter is one of the main problems. To warrant corresponding communication performance, phase jitter (PJ) is estimated on the output of every network joint. At the same time the development of new digital telecommunication technologies demands effectiveness increase of PJ estimation in TS [1]. Modern PJ analyzers are characterized with self-jitter which equals 0,05 UI and more. Such values of self-jitter do not make it possible to fulfill the PJ analysis of the system with frequency-dependent sensitivity according to the main parameter on the level of 0,01 UI [1].
