I. Introduction
Recently, polymer-ceramic nanocomposite dielectrics with high dielectric constant have attracted much attention in micro-electronic industry because that, in comparison with conventional composites, they have the superiority to produce flexible, large area, and thin film capacitors. Barium titanates (BaTiO3) nanoparticles have become increasingly important in microelectronic industry because of its high dielectric constant and large scale production [1].
