I. Introduction
In the light of resource management, the main function of the operating system supply by four resource management and interface. CPU management is the most important resource management[1]. CPU management is essentially process management, and its main task contains process control, process synchronization, process communication and process scheduling. So the teaching content of process control is the important and difficult part of the CPU management education. Because the teaching content of process control is abstractive, it is difficult for Students to understand. In this paper, we discuss a teaching methodology which is based on “theory and practice, basic and promotion” according to its characteristics of the teaching contents. The teaching contents can be transformed from abstraction and simplicity into concreteness and integration by using this methodology.
