I. Introduction
Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) can be combined with a variety of techniques for beamforming to enhance system performance [1]. The RIS-assisted wireless communication system is considered a promising communication system architecture. It can effectively improve the performance of communication systems by changing the wireless channel environment [2]–[4]. Cell-free network was proposed [5] due to problems of poor user quality at cell boundaries and inter-cell interference in cellular networks [6]. A cell-free network is a user-centric transmission system where all access points (APs) serve all users. Therefore, some low-cost RISs are used instead of some APs to further increase the network capacity.
