Abstract:
Considering the influence of periodic source voltage, an improved approach conbining high-order extended state observer (H-ESO) and super twisting sliding mode control (STSMC) is proposed for interleaved boost converter. The parametric variations and periodic source voltage are considered as lumped disturbance, which are estimated by H- ESO. The estimated state is applied to update the equivalent control part of STSMC, and a H-ESO based STSMC method is proposed to improve the accuracy of DC voltage regulation. The proposed approach is characterized by rapid dynamic response and stronger robustness. Constant DC voltage is guaranteed even with periodic source voltage variation. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of improved approach, numerous comparative results are given under various loads and varying input conditions.
