Energy Consumption Analysis of New Energy Vehicles Based on Computer Simulation and Intelligent Data Layering

In this paper, based on the high-frequency big data of new energy collected by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the data is intelligently layered, and the characteristic parameter set that can reflect the fine spatio-temporal changes of driving behavior is extracted. The characteristic parameter set is optimized by computer simulation method, and K-means is used. The algorithm realizes the automatic classification of driving behavior, and analyzes the energy consumption distribution of different levels of driving behavior. The analysis results show that driving behavior affects the level of energy consumption of new energy vehicles, of which the energy consumption corresponding to smooth driving is lower. The results show that the energy consumption of new energy vehicles is 12% lower than that of traditional vehicles.

I. Introduction

With the scarcity of energy and the deterioration of the environment, new energy vehicles will undoubtedly become the direction of future automobile development. my country's “13th Five-Year Plan” outline has listed new energy vehicles as one of the strategic emerging industries, and proposed to focus on the development of plug-in hybrid vehicles, pure electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicle technologies. In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages of new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles, we take traditional vehicles, electric vehicles, and hybrid vehicles as objects, and combine the current gasoline prices and electricity (vehicle battery) prices. Energy consumption and cost (production cost and usage cost) are analyzed and compared. This new energy vehicle energy consumption test system is mainly composed of chassis dynamometer, power distribution and feeding system, energy consumption test equipment (fuel consumption meter, gas consumption meter and power meter), data acquisition equipment, cooling fan and related accessories. System composition. Chassis dynamometer assembly mainly includes AC motor, fixed speed ratio gearbox, gearbox oil constant temperature system, steel chrome-plated drum, power distribution and feed system, main controller and data collector [1]–[6].
