A New Type of Power System Based on the Piezoelectric Induction Effect

Nowadays, the concept of energy saving and a green environment is highly advocated. In order to better utilize the mechanical energy of human movement during commuting hours, a new energy storage floor tile based on the piezoelectric effect is proposed in this paper. It adopts special piezoelectricity to convert the mechanical energy of people walking continuously on the ground into electrical energy and store it. Through analyzing the power generation principle of piezoelectricity, the design of the overall circuit, and the conversion and reserve of electrical energy, it is concluded that the device is suitable for use in places with high pedestrian flow, such as subways, train stations, and shopping malls. This new floor tile can reduce the consumption of electricity to a large extent, which complies with the requirements of today's society for environmental protection and energy saving, and has certain feasibility and economic benefits.
