Simulation Study on Power Stability Model of Variable Speed Wind Farm Control Based on BP Neural Network

With the strengthening of environmental protection, the world began to promote new energy power generation. Wind energy resources are rich, clean, pollution-free, and green. Therefore, large-scale development of wind power generation has practical significance. At present, with the rapid development of economy, wind power generation technology is becoming increasingly mature, and wind farm construction is also increasing year by year. However, when the wind farm is connected to the power grid for operation, the voltage of the power grid system is prone to be unstable due to the differences in wind turbine type characteristics, load characteristics and grid connection point strength. The experimental results in this paper show that the actual average relative error of the prediction model based on BPNN(BP neural network) theory is about 10.45% less than its prediction average relative error. The evaluation is accurate, the calculation speed is fast, and the practical application effect is relatively good. Therefore, this method is an ideal method for real-time online power system stability evaluation.
