A Variable Band Width Hysteresis Current Control Zero-Voltage Switching Converter Based on a LCCR Filter

High dynamic operation is the basic requirement of the driven applications especially in semiconductor equipment. High switching frequency can significantly improve the current dynamic response. However, large switching losses and current harmonic components can affect the performance of the entire control system. Thus, a variable band width hysteresis current control zero-voltage switching converter with a LCCR filter is presented in this paper. First of all, to realize the zero-voltage switching condition and fast dynamic response of the system. A modulation strategy that variable band width hysteresis current control based on a resonant pole topology is presented. Secondly, through reasonably designing parameters, a current harmonic suppression technology based on a LCCR filter is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility are finally verified by simulation results.
