Working state analysis of one-way valve in high pressure tubing with MATLAB

We established a fitting model to determine the optimal duration of each opening of the single-shot valve when the high-pressure oil pipeline is operating steadily. Using the collected data, the functional relationship between elastic modulus and pressure was obtained by fitting with MATLAB. By analyzing the differential equation of the separable variables, the optimal duration of each opening of the single valve was obtained. And by comparing the elastic modulus fitting and the real value curve, the consistency of the model and the actual value is verified. Considering the time requirement for adjusting the tubing pressure in the actual production process, we established an optimization model to determine the length of time for the check way valve to open when the tubing pressure is increased from 100MPa to 150MPa within two seconds and stabilized.
