Research on intelligent fault diagnosis and online monitoring technology of filling production line

In view of a series of problems such as instabilities, breakdowns, and difficulty of manual maintenance in filling process of spray filling line, through in-depth study on health monitoring of spray filling production line, the research status of health monitoring and testing of spray filling production line in recent years has been summarized, and the research direction of health monitoring and fault diagnosis for filling production line has been summarized. It also introduces the new methods of health monitoring and fault diagnosis of filling production line and reliability analysis of filling capacity control mechanism, and puts forward the monitoring method of on-line recognition and early warning of abnormal signal of filling screw cap with binocular 3D vision technology.
