Ecosystem Nature of Digital Development Strategy and Cardinal Transformation of Business Models

The essence of ecosystems, principles of formation and concepts of the business ecosystem are substantiated, the ecosystem nature of the digital space development strategy and business transformation tools are revealed. The article substantiates the integrated platform-network business model of a digital company and an interconnected system for the formation of digital business models and the development of network infrastructure as the technological basis of the ecosystem. The results of the analysis of the concepts of the formation of ecosystems of national and international companies, the systematization of platform services and the practical implementation of integrated business models of a digital company on the example of the infocommunication sector are presented. Special attention is paid to the scientific substantiation of the organizational and economic principles of the ecosystem architecture formation in the conditions of the platform economy and the practice of implementing the segment-cluster model.
