Development of a Block Diagram for Managing the Process of Adaptive Printing on FDM Printers

High -tech production enterprises using additive production technologies are faced with the issue of increasing the economic efficiency of the production process. Given the specifics of the printing technology of polymer products, an increase in the efficiency of production of complex forms and requiring large time costs for production is of particular importance. The introduction of automated adaptive control over the process of production of products will significantly reduce production time, material intensity of production, eliminate the need to control a person behind the production process, reduce the cost of production, and increase the accuracy and repeatability of the production of products. The development of a universal broad-profile print management system requires the availability of software, hardware and information and statistical tools that serve to form an adaptive management tool. The article presents a model of the adaptive seal management scheme on FDM printers using a group of related databases.
