Concordant Mechanisms for Managing the Development of the Region's Transport Infrastructure

The paper considers models of concordant management mechanisms and the possibility of their application in managing the development of transport infrastructure in the context of sanctions. The basic mechanisms of organizational management include ones for evaluating the effectiveness of transport infrastructure projects, incentive compatible planning procedures, mechanisms for distributing investment resources, mechanisms for incentives and penalties, mechanisms for distributing the responsibility of management bodies over the transport network fragments.
