Experimental Study on Flashover and Wetting Characteristics of Silicone Rubber Sheet under Different Humidity

of silicone rubber sheet decreases. There is a positive correlation between the mass of water absorption and the humidity. When the humidity is higher than 79% RH, the local arc is first generated in the area of higher current density and then flashover occurs.
