The Software-controlled Digital Platform Model for the Transmission of New Knowledge

The research relates to information and communication technologies in the direction of creating networks based on intentions. The subject area is computing complexes and computer networks with devices for processing and transmitting data with an impact on the order of data arrangement and on their content. The task of developing a model of a digital platform with software control designed to transfer new knowledge to enterprises of high-tech industries of electronic, machine-building and other sectors of the economy has been set and solved. The goal is to form a unified information and control environment of interaction in a transpositional structure that unites the organizational systems of the scientific industry and the industrial sphere. In this environment, the digital platform is considered as an organizing and coordinating mechanism for determining the subjects of information interaction when transferring new knowledge from their sources - scientific institutions, to their consumers - enterprises that need this knowledge in their activities. The analysis of well-known models of computing complexes and computer networks built on the basis of intentions with machine learning for data transmission between autonomous systems is carried out. An architectural model has been built for the digital platform, which provides software control of the gradation function of the level of coincidence of the intention of the source of knowledge and the intention of their potential consumer regarding the accuracy of the classification of the field of knowledge. This model architecture is new and allows you to expand the potential capabilities of known digital models by automatically determining the address of the business entity that is a potential consumer of new knowledge, and transmitting information to him about the level of coincidence of his intentions with the intention of the source of this knowledge. The process of quality control of data processing in the digital platform of the class under consideration has been developed. The practical significance of the developed model of the digital platform is to increase the intensity of interaction between scientific institutions and enterprises producing high-tech products. The expected consequences of the intensification of interactions are to ensure the specified requirements for the timely provision of information about new knowledge, to increase the effectiveness of enterprises in the scientific industry and the production sector.
