Research of Methods of Control and Management of the Quality of Butter on the Basis of the Neural Network

The work is devoted to the problem of neuro-forecasting, based on the use of a set of methods to optimize the process of building a neural network model, which will improve the quality of production of a product that meets the specified indicators. The proposed methods will predict the quality of the finished product when changing technological parameters, due to the ability of neural network models to self-study.
