Student Personalized Management System Based on Collaborative Filtering Algorithm

The colleges and universities are currently accelerating the pace of various informatization, and students and schools are gradually inseparable from the construction of network informatization in solving problems in life and work. The purpose of this paper is to study the design of student personalized management system based on collaborative filtering algorithm. The system adopts.NET technology and MVC technology, and applies B/S structure to build the system, which solves the key problems of information exchange service design, data sharing mechanism and strategy, and access control mechanism, and conducts design and implementation of key subsystems. The functions of user management, teacher management, student function, student status, teaching function and achievement function are studied respectively. On the basis of user collaborative filtering recommendation technology, it is improved to design a calculation strategy that is more suitable for student test item recommendation, and the timeliness is introduced in the calculation of student similarity, which effectively improves the accuracy of similarity and reduces the amount of calculation; the improved algorithm hits The rate is above 80. By recommending personalized test questions for students, it can help students better consolidate mistakes, master knowledge and difficulties, and improve their academic performance.
