Application of Data Mining Technology in Enterprise Human Resource Management Informatization

Human resources are an important factor to improve productivity, play a very important leadership role in enterprises, and are the basis for enterprises to create value. The purpose of this paper is to study the informatization of enterprise human resource management based on data mining technology. The relevant theories and methods of human resource management and data mining technology are comprehensively introduced, as well as the specific application of data mining technology in different stages of human resource management. A human resource management system with M enterprise as the background and data mining as the core is designed. At the same time, the application of data mining technology in employee analysis, put forward the solution of association rule party in employee analysis, and try to get some implied rules through association rules. The experimental results show that the confidence ratio of married employees as excellent employees is higher than Unmarried employees were 0.02 higher. The research of this paper plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of work effect, and provides an important basis for the decision-making of company leaders.
