Large-scale Integrated Modular Rack Air Cooling Design

This paper mainly introduces the key elements in the heat dissipation design of large-scale integrated modular rack. The rack contains a lot of functional modules with high heat flux density, so the simple heat dissipation mode of the traditional cabinet is not suitable. By establishing a double-layer wedge cell high-efficiency air duct model, as well as reasonable heat dissipation mode selection and fan type selection design, it not only meets the heat dissipation requirements of large-scale integrated modular rack, but also achieves the combined, miniaturized and lightweight design effects of air ducts.
