Implementation of Secure Communication System Using Chaotic Masking

In this paper, we have described our effort to develop a secure means of communication with the help of the Lorenz system. The design of the transmitter and the receiver, as well as the synchronization of the chaotic systems at both the ends have been explained in detail. The Lorenz system has been realized with the help of Runge Kutta's 4

Order method in the form of a Finite State Machine (FSM). These discussions are accompanied with results obtained from simulations carried out on Xilinx Vivado using Verilog, which validates our approach to the problem.
