The effect of Lean on overall performance: Evolution of the new model

Over the past two decades, the world has experienced several economic crises and market developments in terms of price, quality and diversity of products offered. In which companies are constantly looking for adequate methods to meet these needs with the minimum of investment and to obtain lasting and rapid results to keep their places in the market. In this context, this research work presents a literature review of the Lean approach and its impact on social factors, as well as the procedures for implementing a new Lean Management plus model. This concept was developed within as part of improving production management and optimizing security risks and ergonomic constraints. This document shows the importance of social factors to achieve objectives in terms of quality, cost, time and even to make progress within a framework by improving working conditions.
