Optical channel analysis in free-space optical communication using OFDM

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a balanced method with many points of interest that has been utilized as the primary physical interface in numerous wired and remote correspondence frameworks. With progressions made in advanced signal processing, there has been a surge of enthusiasm for applying OFDM strategies for optical communications. In this paper, the optical channel’s proposed characteristics also include information about free-space optical (FSO) communications. After that, Analysis of Bit Error Rate (BER) calculations. Evaluation of the Bit Error Rate of SISO BPSK, SIM, and FSO under weak turbulence based on the Gauss-Hermite Quadrature integration approach. After that, find the simulation of BER for OOK-NRZ using OFDM.
