Methodological Approach to the Formation of an Optimal System to Facilitate the Launch of Power Plants of Vehicles in the Arctic

The development and implementation of methods for warming up and facilitating the launch of power plants of vehicles in winter will significantly reduce the complexity of the work performed, affecting the technical condition and timing of preparation for the next intended use, which will eventually affect the coefficient of technical readiness of vehicles in the Arctic. A methodology has been developed for constructing a rational system of means to facilitate the launch of power plants during the operation of vehicles to ensure their movement in the Arctic, which differs from the known procedure for constructing morphological tables and graphs of alternative structures, taking into account the specifics of the use of vehicles during their operation in the Arctic, the technical characteristics of means of warming up and facilitating the launch of power plants and additional heating of battery batteries, methods of their application, characteristics of fuels and lubricants used in the Arctic, requirements for life support facilities in the Arctic, including the capabilities of the experimental design and production base of the industry to create means of heating and launching power plants to order.
