Load Control using Temperature and Humidity Sensor and Comparing Temperature with Microcontroller Device

Aim: The objective of this work is to control load at home using Arduino IDE with DHT11 sensor and comparing its temperature performance with microcontroller device. Materials and Methods: In this work, two groups were considered and each group contains 10 samples. Arduino IDE is considered as group 1 with 10 samples and microcontroller device is considered as group 2 with 10 samples. These groups were analyzed with 80% pretest power, and 0.05 alpha value. Results: DTH11 sensor with arduino IDE senses the temperature upto 34.8°C. Microcontroller device senses temperature upto 29.8°C. Significance value is obtained as 0.03 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: From statistical analysis, DTH11 sensor with arduino IDE is significantly better than microcontroller device.
