Comparative Analysis of Power and Delay Efficient Voltage Level-Shifter at 45nm

This paper presents a comparative study on various voltage level shifters. A voltage level shifter can convert voltage from one domain to another depending upon need. The comparison has been made based on delay and power consumption. Sub-threshold domain has been also covered in analysis. Simulations have been carried out in Cadence Virtuoso 45nm CMOS technology.
