A Robust Anti-windup Scheme Based on Optimization

In this work, A robust anti-windup(A W) method to optimize the transient performance is proposed for the control system with actuator saturation and a wide range of parameter uncertainty in industrial processes. By converting the anti-windup control structure to the Lur'e structure and obtaining the stability conditions of the system which will be treated as the constraint condition in the optimization design method. And the compensation mode margin and crossover frequency of the transient performance index were selected as the objective function of the optimization. Then the performance design requirements of the anti-windup controller are transformed into the maximum solution problem. Thus, under the premise of ensuring the stability of the system, the performance problems such as overshoot and rapidity of the anti saturation system are solved. Finally, a example demonstrates the effectiveness and the performance improvement as expected of the proposed technique.
