Distributed H∞ filtering for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems in sensor networks

This article is concerned with the distributed H∞ filtering problem for a class of discrete-time nonlinear systems in sensor networks. The system model is proposed to describe the working mode change in sensor networks. Next, the H∞ filter is designed by exploiting the Lyapunov functional method together with the Lipschitz condition. Correspondingly, some sufficient conditions are established to ensure the augmented system asymptotically stable and the H∞ performance index is satisfied. Then, the desired filter gain matrix are obtained by solving linear matrix inequalities. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed filter is demonstrated by a numerical example with simulations.
