Research on Mathematical Model for Vascular Cooling Effect of Tumor Magnetic Induction Conformal Hyperthermia

With the continuous development of tumor magnetic induction hyperthermia technology, hyperthermia planning system has been widely researched. A reasonable plan can simulate the temperature distribution in the treatment area and provide the best clinical trial plan. Thermal dose calculation is an important part of magnetic induction hyperthermia. There are many related models with different complexity. Many scholars have verified the accuracy of the Pennes biological heat transfer equation has been verified by many experiments. Some optimized methods are proposed in order to establish a more accurate tissue heat transfer model at the theoretical level and improve the prediction accuracy of the temperature field distribution. However, in clinical applications, many solid tumors are adjacent to complex vascular systems. The above models have certain prediction errors due to the existence of vascular cooling effects. Cooler blood flow in blood vessels located in or near the treatment area will continuously remove heat, significantly affecting the theoretical temperature distribution of the above model. In order to solve the above problems, a mathematical model of vascular cooling effect is established, including tissue heat transfer model, medium heat generation model and thermal damage model. It provides a calculation model for the temperature field distribution in the treatment area in the presence of large blood vessels, which can improve the simulation accuracy of the conformal hyperthermia temperature field. The numerical calculation method based on the above models will be researched to provide a simulation method for the formulation of the tumor magnetic induction conformal hyperthermia plan.
