A Data-Driven Multi-Time Scale Coordinated Economic Dispatch Model for Flexible Interconnection Low-voltage Distribution Station Areas

This paper presents a data-driven multi-time scale coordinated dispatch method for flexible interconnection low-voltage distribution station areas (FDSA). Firstly, the basic structure and application prospects of FDSA are given, and an economic dispatch model for FDSA was established to minimize the total operating cost while accounting for distribution transformers(DTs), energy storage systems (ESS), distributed photovoltaic(PV) generation, flexible loads, and charging piles for electric vehicles (EV). Then, stochastic programming and robust optimization were used to address the uncertainty of PV output combined with the historical data, and a multi-timescale collaborative energy management method is provided by taking into account the flexibility of various devices. In the day-ahead stage, a stochastic-robust(SO-RO) hybrid optimization model is constructed, and a decomposition algorithm based on C&CG was used to solve the model; In the intraday stage, a two-stage stochastic rolling model is established to correct the day-ahead scheduling strategy; In the real-time stage, the deterministic optimization method is adopted to obtain scheduling strategy in seconds of the fast charging load. Finally, a numerical simulation of the flexible interconnected project in Nanjing verifies the effectiveness of the model.
