Evaluation of Multi-attribute Decision Options for Regional Integrated Energy Systems based on AHP-EWM Method

Regional integrated energy systems both provide a platform for the coupled use of multiple energy sources and make it possible for users to diversify their energy needs. However, due to multiple energy output forms, it is often difficult to form a reasonable planning scheme in the planning and construction. Based on comprehensive analysis of regional integrated energy systems planning characteristics, this paper constructs an indicator system including four factors: economy, society, environment, and energy. In terms of indicator weight determination, a hierarchical analysis-entropy weighting method combining subjective and objective is proposed. A multi-attribute decision model is established to analyze each scheme's advantages and disadvantages from the identical degree, contrary degree and difference degree, so as to select the optimal decision among existing schemes. The example results verify that the proposed model can effectively facilitate the integrated energy system planning evaluation.
